The van Wyk Blogging Corner

My mother-in-law made this cute sheep for Chanette! I just love it :) It is just a stuffed sheep...and it looks so cute in her cot. It lies down and rests against the cot or her pillow. It is my dad's birthday and one of my sister's in December. So we went out for dinner on the 16th of Dec to celebrate :) My dear parents! My sister Chantel's little girl, Luzelle. They had a photoshoot....simply adorable!!! :) She lights up my life! :) I thank God for you every day my darling Chanette!!! :) This was taken today...at the age of 15 weeks and 4 days :) We will be leaving for Cape Town next week Wednesday for a short holiday and to attend a wedding! Really looking forward to it! I will be sure to post pics and news about it all when we get back in January! Ready for church! I just love dressing her up on a Sunday! Hehe! She does not like shoes or socks on her feet and gets very irritated when I throw a blanket over her while she is still awake...no way! She needs to be asleep and then I can put it over her. She already has a mind of her own. I can see her running around without shoes in the future...oh dear lol! Just want to heat her up!!! :) Mommy loves you so much my girly!

I have learned that it is ok not to get to do everything I always used to before I had a baby ;) Some days do not have enough hours in them for all the things I need to and want to do. Other days I get to do it all and have some free time. But I am getting the hang of it and even though I can't blog as much as I want to...it's ok, because I am enjoying my little beauty so immensely! I don't want to miss out :) She is growing up so fast now and we can see changes in her behaviour daily...I am so glad that I can be a stay-at-home mommy! She does not like being alone in a room. So I put her in her pram when I make dinner and she then carries on cooing and talking in her own way :) so sweet! Or I put her on the bed when I am busy in the room and her eyes follow me and she has started to move her head when I walk past her or go behind her. It is so nice to see her going through all of these new stages and how fast she's learning. She can sit when I hold

                                                                  Week 9  :) Now I am up to date with photos! Yeah!!! So sorry for the delay, but we were house sitting my in-law's place for 2 weeks. 

We took a few special photos on her 2 months celebration but I still need to get the photos from my sister-in-law. Will share once I have them :)
