Stellenbosch and Franschoek

Our accommodation in Stellenbosch, Cape Town

The one where the kombi is parked was where we stayed. It is inside a complex with lots of these little townhouses....we had 2 bedrooms and it was self catering...just enough because we were out most of the time during the day. Really had a lovely stay :)

In her Bumbo seat :)
One of many moments in her car seat ;)
But she just LOVES driving!

Having breakfast in Franschoek...beautiful town! Just love it!

Relaxing under her playgym :)
It was during these two weeks that she started taking toys with her hands and enjoying the playgym that she got as a gift from my aunt while visiting them there...such precious moments!

Standing in front of a house my dad stayed in with his parents and siblings as a child growing up in Stellenbosch. One of many homes of his childhood :)

Having beakfast at Mugg & Bean

Love in Fanschoek :)

This was at a French restaurant where we had lunch...it was stunning, the scenery especially and so romantic!

Back at the holiday townhouse....just chilling :)
She was wearing her vests or just in her nappy most of the time, the heat was pretty bad at times.

My mother-in-law made this cute sheep for Chanette! I just love it :) It is just a stuffed sheep...and it looks so cute in her cot. It lies down and rests against the cot or her pillow. It is my dad's birthday and one of my sister's in December. So we went out for dinner on the 16th of Dec to celebrate :) My dear parents! My sister Chantel's little girl, Luzelle. They had a photoshoot....simply adorable!!! :) She lights up my life! :) I thank God for you every day my darling Chanette!!! :) This was taken today...at the age of 15 weeks and 4 days :) We will be leaving for Cape Town next week Wednesday for a short holiday and to attend a wedding! I went for my last scan about 2 weeks ago and we found out it's a GIRL!!! So exciting :D Her name will be Chanette...i read a series of books before we got married and this was the author's name and i just loved it immediately! So we got our first pink outfit from my parents and now the shopping can begin! hehe! I felt Chanette move on Saturday...it was such an amazing feeling...wow! I have felt some movements before but always thought maybe it's just my stomach or i'm hungry...never strong enough to think it's actually baby moving. But this weekend it was so real! :) I am loving the idea of a little person growing inside of me and knowing that i will have the privalege to be her momma!!! :) Other than that it's going well here in SA...it's autumn now so g...
