Peaceful Saturday afternoon...

I am very excited about blogging again...i have missed it so much and want to go at it full steam again :)

It's a quite Saturday afternoon here in sunny South Africa. Very hot...we've been having a few days of extreme heat but with the help of rain to cool it all down again in the afternoons/evenings.
I am so thankful to the Lord for blessing me with a wonderful family and loving husband and a beautiful country that i can call home!

I will add more photos as i go along. Still getting to know how all of this works.

Just blessed to have so many friends :)

Photo update

Time seems to be something that passes by so much faster these days. I am sorry for being so quite with my blogs.  Chanette is almost 21 months and she is discovering so many new things. Talking in her own sweet way and saying so many words now. It is so cute to hear her having a conversation when she does not know i can hear her and she talks with her dolls or say all of the names she knows like "oupa, ouma, daddy, mamma....and then she says my parent's dog's name "shadow" and she names her aunties and uncles....not all of their names exactly right but she tries ;) She understands so well now and it is amazing how she looks at us and "copies" us. Just makes me realize again how big a role model we are and should be to our children. Here she is with Shadow :) The two of us on Mother's Day :) So very blessed to have my girly to share it with! xxx She simply LOVES "Winnie the Pooh's Heffalump Movie...

My favorite shots of her during autumn. This was taken about 3 weeks ago after church :) How I love these two!!! <3<3<3 They are all i have dreamed of and could ever ask for!  Thank you Lord :) i am so blessed! Looking at the leaves and birds :) She fills my heart with so much love <3 The joys of being a child :) So carefree and simply gorgeous!

Ready for church! I just love dressing her up on a Sunday! Hehe! She does not like shoes or socks on her feet and gets very irritated when I throw a blanket over her while she is still awake...no way! She needs to be asleep and then I can put it over her. She already has a mind of her own. I can see her running around without shoes in the future...oh dear lol! Just want to heat her up!!! :) Mommy loves you so much my girly!
